APC'S PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANTS: THE JUDAS WHO BETRAYED HIS MESSIAH AND THE ICONIC POWER MAN

 "Battle of the wits, the law of evolution says only the strongest will survive"-

The tussle for the flag bearer of APC goes tougher by the day as new aspirants begin to announce their desire to also contest for this position. 

   The level at which a lot of people announced their desire to contest during the APC primaries for the presidential candidate post was so alarming as people began to wonder how easy it was for these people to pull out 100million naira just to purchase a single form. 

But, this shock was meant to be short-lived because as quick as these aspirants were to announce their desires to contest, they were also quick enough to announce their withdrawal from this race.

One important thing to note is that, as these various candidates stepped down, there was a particular name that never left their lips and that name was ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU nicknamed as BAT by twitter handlers.

It is quite surprising that candidates who have spent millions of naira in order to acquire a form that will guarantee them access to run for the presidential candidacy of their party will just decide suddenly to drop out for a fellow aspirant.

• Some people might say that these aspirants felt they couldn't defeat THE ICONIC POWER MAN in person of TINUBU but some others like me will beg to differ.
• Some others will claim that there have been some inner workings amongst the cohort of Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the cohorts of the candidates that withdrew from the race.
• Some might believe that the candidates who withdrew from the race feared loss and would rather settle for less than compete and gain nothing. 

Regardless of everything said above, nobody actually knows what went down and as to why these candidates decided to withdraw from the race but all we have on ground now are conspiracy theories as to what could have led them to make the decision. 

From the looks of it all, it already seemed like Tinubu had the upper hand in winning the primaries but some Twitter users begged to differ as they felt that VICE PRESIDENT YEMI OSIBANJO  nicknamed as PYO or THE JUDAS WHO BETRAYED HIS MESSIAH ( as he was criticised for running for president even though PRESIDENT MOHAMMADU BUHARI was ruling and he was still his Vice) was up to the task of defeating BOLA AHMED TINUBU (BAT) while some other citizens felt that BAT was too powerful enough to be defeated by PYO. 

As the banters and discord kept growing, it all seemed like the only two people in the race were BAT and PYO, but as politics is a very unpredictable game, we the onlookers were still in for a surprise that would arrive on the day of the primaries itself. 

While some people felt it was something no one ever saw coming, a particular twitter users who goes by the name Troublemaker @joeljacob202  begged to differ. Here is his tweet below 👇👇👇

The particular twitter user made his prediction of the APC presidential primaries on the 15th of May and the APC presidential primaries that was eventually held on the 6th and 7th of June, it's results were exactly the same as this twitter user predicted.

Regardless of how fiercely anyone one fights in a battle only one person always emerges as the winner and in this case ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU (BAT OR THE ICONIC POWER MAN) didn't manage but easily and successfully emerged as the winner of the APC presidential primary and has officially became the flag bearer of APC for the presidential election in 2023. 

Now that BAT has become the official presidential flag bearer of APC in the forthcoming elections, he has been left with the choice of picking a vice and with the looks of it, BAT has decided to go with a muslim-muslim ticket for 2023 by naming MR KASIM SHETIMMA  (former governor of Borno State) as running mate.

So, APC has decided to settle with a Muslim-Muslim ticket for 2023 regardless of the controversies that have occurred, are occurring and will occur because of this risky idea... All we can do is see how it turns out.
